We wanted to advise you of some upcoming changes to the pricing structure for the guest parking. Based on your feedback, and upon further review, we will be revising the guest parking fee to an amount that is both fair to our homeowners and will not place additional strain upon the parking garage maintenance/operations.
The flat rate of $50 per homeowner guest that has been in place since inception will be waived until the new pricing structure has been set and publicized. During this period, we will not be charging for verified guests, vendors, and housekeepers.

This week we will circulate a survey regarding guest parking to better understand homeowners’ needs, as we prepare a policy update.
